Puppetry Troupe

Southern Edge Arts Puppetry team has entertained crowds throughout the Great Southern, from Albany, to Denmark to Cranbrook. At community events our puppetry troupe can perform shows (such as the traditional Punch & Judy), rove as characters throughout the event, or hold puppet making workshops for participants to make and keep their own hand puppet!

The major puppetry performance last year was Objects War & Peace.
As a part of the anniversary of WW1 French puppetry theatre Tas de Sable invited participants from around the world to contribute a youth based puppet performance based upon WW1. SEA Puppetry was put forward to represent Australia as it had an active youth puppet program.
